Pick
the rectangular marquee tool and select the windows:
Make a layer via copy and go in the layer menu to styles(above) and choose chissled sky:
Go to layer-> layer style and deselect
bevel and emboss (by clikking):
Now lower the opacity of the layer and select the parts you don't need:
Edit-> cut and raise to opacity till you think it's good, and ready:
